Why We Built This Site
Public access is useful only when a reader knows which Scott County office owns the record. The Circuit and Superior Courts order local warrants. The Scott County Clerk keeps their case files, while the Sheriff's Office maintains and serves arrest warrants issued by those courts. MyCase can show a warrant event within a public case summary, but Indiana's courts stress that it is not a warrant-search product. The Sheriff's web page may also be unavailable, as it was during research. These pages gather the confirmed agency roles, contacts, request steps, and access limits so an own-name or family matter can be routed correctly. A blank web result should still be confirmed by the office that holds the record.

- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This privately run reference site is independent of every Indiana court, law-enforcement office, clerk, and state agency. Its limits include the following:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or the Sheriff maintaining the warrant can confirm its existence and current status. This resource supplies routes, not official answers.
Search Partners
Third-party companies operate the search boxes shown on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. The provider's output is never an official Scott County warrant confirmation, and this site does not control its coverage or charges.
